A great dealer to work with. Great prices on wireless plans and devices. I have been a customer for going on 5 years now and this is the best customer service I have had out of all the \big 3\ companies. Worst to best - Bell, Rogers, Telus. Issues happen no matter what company you are with, its the nature of the beast. The difference with SmartCell is that personnel care and commit to dealing with any issues you may have in a timely manner. In a world with expensive wireless prices and devices, do you want to give your money to a company that hears your problems and does their utmost to fix it? or to a company you have to call 6 times (Rogers), or a company that tries to sell you and pressure you into services you don't need (Bell). SmartCell has great prices and great customer support, so check their offers and switch over. You won't regret it.

Would give them 0 stars if i could. Employees are extremely unprofessional. I cancelled my order with them and they confirmed that it was cancelled then they sent me a contract then called them again and confirmed it was cancelled then they sent me a contract again. After calling again and confirming that it was cancelled now I have recieved a bill from Telus. Very unprofessional and not straightforward. Not sure what kind of scam they are running here. These 5 star reviews must be fake because my experience dealing with them was definitely nowhere near worthy of 5 stars.
